Company Picnics, Weddings, Retreats & Conferences!

Looking for a place to host your next event? Whether you are planning an adventure race, a company meeting, or a huge event, Camp Pendalouan can assist you with your event.

Nikana Lodge is the main meeting area and dining room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 180 people. Wood beams and a large stone fireplace create a warm, friendly atmosphere all year round. Buffet options for anytime of the year are available from only $12 per person.  Whether you prefer stuffed chicken breast, roast beef, or grilled brats and burgers, our staff can serve you well.

We also have several indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. Any group can coordinate with our staff to plan a week, a few days, or an all-day program.  We’ll help with as much or as little planning as you need.

Staff are also available to provide activities for recreation and/or team building.

Retreats

A walk in the woods, birds chirping, waves splashing, wind rustling the leaves, quietness that can be felt are all things that bring us focused minds and rejuvenation.  Camp Pendalouan has all of this to offer and more!

There are ample activities and the option is available for you to use skilled camp staff to help further enhance the experiences of your members or employees—from a mid-week pizza party and campfire, to a daylong or weekend retreat.

Getting away from the office routine for staff training or team-building can be a great incentive for your employees.  Pendalouan’s staff can help you plan a conference, meeting, or retreat specifically tailored to meet your needs. 

We’ll provide great food, clean accommodations, and meeting facilities that will help you achieve your goals.

Conferences
