Registration Information

Thank you for your interest in registering for one of our programs at YMCA Camp Pendalouan! We have three options for you: online registration, paper registration or over the phone.

Online Registration Instructions

New Camper -

If your camper has never been to Pendalouan, you can still register online!

  1. Select the Login tab from the online registration menu.
  2. Click “create an account.”
  3. Enter the parent/guardian information first.
  4. Enter additional people as needed - your camper(s).
  5. Complete required information for both you and your camper(s).
  6. DO NOT use the Camper’s Account/Deposit/Camp Bank feature.
  7. Scroll to the next section and complete the waiver.
  8. To complete your registration, pay in full or pay a non-refundable deposit.

Returning Campers -

If your camper has ever been to Pendalouan, they are in our online system and listed as a member.

  1. Select the Login tab from the online registration menu.
  2. Enter your email address under Member ID and enter your password.
    a) If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot to have a new password generated and sent to your email address.
    b) Temporary passwords expire 30 minutes after being sent.
  3. Complete required information for both you and your camper.
    (DO NOT use the Camper’s Account/Deposit/Camp Bank feature)
  4. Scroll to the next section and complete (waiver).
  5. To complete your registration, pay in full or pay a non-refundable deposit.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for qualifying families, based on available resources. Scholarships are distributed based on household income and family size. Financial aid is made possible through the generosity of donors and is usually distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Consequently, we encourage early applications. The registration fee is $100 or 100% of the discounted camp fee, whichever is less.

If your child needs financial assistance to attend Camp Pendalouan, follow the instructions on the registration form or contact our registrar.

Alternate Registration Methods

You can also choose to fill out the forms manually and mail them to us with your check. If you have questions or would prefer to have our Registrar help you through the process you can also call.
